Pork-N-Pistons was founded by father and son veterans serving in the Army and Marine Corps. Our passion for providing hospitality to our friends and family has been at the root of our cooking for more than three decades. After years of desiring to own a restaurant, the dream began to unfold through a passion for racing. Steve Wright (Father) and Darrell Martin (Son) attended dirt bike racing venues were there was a gap in food options. This is where the idea for Pork-N-Pistons was born.
With nothing more than a "Frankenstein" smoker, Steve and Darrell and other members of the family, took to the dirt track and set up the grill to sell our product to hungry race attendees. The food was a hit with the track, and the business was born. Pork-N-Pistons continues to evolve and is dedicated to providing your friends and family the same hospitality and servitude that we provide our own.
